This talk follows the fascinating trail of Chinese batik production and trade in Southeast Asia, from its tentative beginnings in the eighteenth century to its dynamism in the twentieth century. Admission is free and open to all ages. No registration is required.
‘Go-Stun – Amazing Stories to Live By’ is a curated series of programmes happening at the Public Libraries and beyond, targeted at bridging youths to the cultures and heritage of Singapore.
